Gary is a highly qualified Chef with an amazing talent for organising.
After a very successful career in the hotel business he set up his catering company in 1987, run from his delicatessen in Maidstone, Kent, specialising in fine dining and pre-prepared menus for the busy host or hostess. This grew to cover all aspects of entertaining from intimate dinners for four to weddings and corporate functions.

Gary's personal attention to detail and passion for excellent food and service ensures that your event however large or small will be truly an occasion to remember.
